What we would like to do is to use machine-learning devices to gather a large database of pictures of mushrooms, so that we could recognize a mushroom up to 99.98%, and thus help mushrooms enthousiast, and urge the others to do so, if they formerly were afraid of doing so.
MI5js aims to broadcast the technology and the algorithms of autonomous-learning and visual recognition. Il allows us to determine the content of an image (i.e. mushrooms) from seeral angles, to avoid any remaining doubt, we could later-on classify specifically the mushrooms and determine wheter or not it is a good idea to consume it.
Our app actually may gain a grat credibility and some interesting future if it receives a legal accreditation by the State, even though it would probably have some legal commitments. Anyways, the safety of the app would increase over time, as the available library would gain importance.

As a tenured professor, I confess using this tool quite often with my students, to that they can try the mushrooms they find without ending in the infirmary.
